hey everyone, i've collated my diet over the past three days and here it is!
Day 1 - 30th August

| 8.30pm | Orange | 5 slices |
Day 2 – 31st August

| 12.10pm | Fishball with Maggie Mee in soup Chocolate muesli bar | 1 bowl 1 bar |
| 7.00pm | Rice with meat and vegetables | 1 bowl |
| 9.00pm | Honeydew | 4 slices |
Day 3 – 1st September
